A reminder about our forthcoming SGM.
The club has received a written request from twelve members of the club requesting a Special General Meeting. A Special General Meeting will therefore be held at 19:00 on Monday September 18th at Digitech Studio School.

To ensure a robust and fair process, with the assistance of England Athletics, the SGM will be attended by an independent panel who will be empowered to make recommendations to the club on appropriate next steps. The SGM will be chaired by Simon Jones, one of the Club’s Safeguarding and Welfare Officers.
The SGM will also be broadcast via Zoom, so that those who are unable to make it on the night are able to take part virtually.
