We're excited to announce that we have arranged for Alexandra Cook (a Sports Dietician and UKA Coach) to give two presentations to our members on nutrition and diet for training, competing and recovery!
UPDATED: The first talk will be on Tuesday December 14th at 6:30pm, aimed at youth endurance runners (U13 upwards), regarding sensible eating for training, competing and recovery, plus Q&A afterwards.
The second talk will be on Wednesday December 8th at 7pm and will be more of a Q&A led session, aimed at adult endurance runners.
Sessions will be via Zoom.
