The Midland and National Road Relays are fast approaching, with the Midland Road Relays on Saturday 24th September at Sutton Park, and the Nationals on Saturday 8th October, also at Sutton Park.
We are asking any athletes who wish to be considered for selection for the autumn road relays to let us know. Please include your availability for both events.
Men: Please email both Mike Down (mike.down@blueyonder.co.uk) and Kurt Taylor (kurt.taylor20@gmail.com) if you would like to be considered for selection.
Women: Please email Ben Maliphant (marketing@bristolandwestac.org) if you would like to be considered for selection.
We are also looking to find a Women’s Team Captain to help with organising teams – much like Kurt is doing for the men. The captain is there to assist the Team Manager beforehand and on the day, for example by chasing athletes, telling athletes all about how great the road relays are, or reaching out to those who may wish to get involved for the first time.
