2025 AGM Recap

Thank you to everyone who attended the 2025 Annual General Meeting on the 25th of April.

The AGM ran from 18:30 until 19:33. During the meeting, a series of topics were covered, including the Treasurer's report, Chairperson's report, Membership Secretary's report, and the Officials' report. These documents can be viewed in the Members Area.

We extend our congratulations to all our great performers of the year - especially the Senior Men’s Endurance Team, who earned Performance of the Year after winning the National Cross-Country Championships twice, including a historic first-time victory for the club.

The committee also wishes to express heartfelt thanks to all the incredible volunteers who stepped forward this year to help the club run smoothly, whether through coaching, officiating, or other contributions. Special congratulations go to Paula Casling, our Official of the Year.

2024 AGM Minutes and Election of Officers

The 2024 AGM minutes were circulated ahead of the meeting. Of the 17 responses received, 15 approved the minutes and 2 abstained. There were no contested committee positions, so all nominees were voted in en bloc, with 16 approvals and 1 abstention.
