BRISTOL & WEST AC ACADEMY

Where it all begins

Academy sessions provide young athletes, from school year 4 and above, the opportunity to try different events and hone the fundamental skills that are required to flourish in athletics.

Academy sessions take place on a Monday and Wednesday evening at Whitehall athletics cub and led by Head Academy Coach, Dean Garrett. Athletes will have the chance to take part in different sessions throughout the evening, from Javelin to long-jump and sprints to distance.
