Whether you’re looking to jump or throw, we offer quality coaching with specialist equipment from fully qualified UKA coaches who have years of experience in coaching athletes to the highest level of competition.

Jumps

Jumps sessions take place predominantly at Whitehall Athletics track, with sessions in horizontal jumps on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, depending on your level of experience.

Pole vault

Our pole vault academy has just opened: we’d love to hear from people who are keen to feel the adrenaline rush that this discipline offers!

Throws

We offer sessions for all throwing disciplines. Our coaches on Mondays and Wednesdays welcome all standards – from those at u13 level up to seniors – and will then steer talented athletes to work with coaches with specific expertise.

We are currently developing our hammer cage, so we’ll have a shiny new hammer and discus facility available shortly.
