Keith has guided athletes to middle and long distance success on a national and international stage.
He coaches at venues across the city on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (see the calendar for details) with a 6.45pm start, and on Saturdays when he has no team management duties at competitions. His group is for all standards of endurance runner and new people are welcome.
Keith also manages the senior ladies’ road and cross country teams.
