North Bristol Running Group
North Bristol Running Group (NBRG) is a friendly group of runners of mixed abilities. They usually meet on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, subject to various races such as Aztec West 5K, Weston Prom etc. Tuesday evening is a shorter run of 5K, Wednesday tends to be a steady 10k, Thursday is a faster 6 – 8 miles. They tend to split into two groups to cater for faster and slower runners and everyone is welcome. Alan Wilcox the Group Leader is trying to set up a running group to cater for those who can’t run in the evening due to family commitments and has started a ‘school run’ on some weekday mornings at about 09:15. The group runs from the GP Surgery, Brook Way, Bradley Stoke.
