Endurance Running

Middle Distance (800/1,500 metres) and Long Distance (5k/10k/half/marathon)

Keith Brackstone‘s sessions are generally suitable for athletes with a current 5k time of under 20 minutes, whilst Chris Elson‘s sessions are suitable for those with a current 5k time of over 20 minutes. Dave Hart‘s sessions are aimed towards runners doing around 50min 10k, 24 mins 5k.
