An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely
Group tempo style run along bike path: 25 mins out, chatty; turn and run 10 mins a bit harder (in groups) then 10 mins hard as you like back to the start. All endurance runners welcome – we can cater for different speeds and needs!
