A mixed grill. For faster people, up to 3 sets of (1200m effort, jog 200m, 600m effort, jog 100m, 300m effort), with 400m easy jog between sets.
For slower people, up to 3 sets of either (1k effort, jog 100m, 500m effort, jog 150m, 250m effort) with 200m easy jog betwen sets, or 3 sets of (800m effort, jog 200m, 400m efffort, jog across field, 200m effort) with 200m jog between sets.
