A mixed grill. For faster people, up to 3 sets of (1k effort, jog 100m, 500m effort, jog 150m, 250m effort) with 200m easy jog betwen sets) with 400m easy jog beween sets.
For slower people, also 3 sets but efforts are either (900m / 450m / 250m), (800m / 400m / 200m) or (700m / 300m / 200m) with recovery jogs.
