A mixed grill. For faster people, 2 sets of (1600m with 400m jog recovery, 800m with jog up and down straight recovery, 400m effort).
For slower people, 2 sets of (1400m with 100m jog recovery, 700m with 100m jog recovery, 300m effort); or shorted options with 1200 / 600 / 200 or 1100 / 600 / 200 as the efforts.
