It’s a mixed grill. For faster people it’s up to 3 sets of (1200m effort, jog 200m 600m effort, jog 100m 300m effort) with 400 easy jog between sets. For slower people either 3 sets of (1K effort, jog 100m clockwise, 500m effort jog 150m 250m effort) with 200m jog between sets, or 3sets of (900m 50m jog clockwise 450m 150m jog 250m effort), or 3 sets of (800m, 200m jog up & down straight recovery, 400m effort cut across in field jog, 200m effort) jog 200m up & down straight between sets.
