For faster people 4 sets of (1K with 100m jog recovery clockwise 500m effort) with 200m jog between sets. For slower people, 4 sets of (900m with 50m jog clockwise recovery 450m effort) with 100m jog clockwise between sets, or 4 sets of (800m with jog up & down straight recovery 400meffort) with jog up & down straight recovery between sets, or 4 sets of (700m with 100m jog recover 300m effort) with 100m jog recovery between sets. Keith has an extra set of 1K & 500m for anyone left standing.
