For faster people 4 sets of (800m 200 jog up & down straight 400) and 200m jog up & down straight between sets. For slower people 4 sets of (700m 100m jog, 300m) and 100m between sets, or 4 sets of (600m, 100m jog 300m) jog 200m between sets or 4 sets of (500m jog 150m 250m effort) jog 100m clockwise between sets. For those left standing 800m!
