For faster people, 2K with a lap jog recovery, 2 X 800m with jog up & down straight recovery and 4 X 400m with jog up & down straight recovery. For slower people 1800m with 300m clockwise jog recovery, 2 X 700m with 100m jog recovery and 4 X 300m with 100m jog recovery or 1 mile with 200m recovery, 2 X 600m with 200m recovery and 150m recovery, 4 X 250m with 150m recovery or 1 X 1400m with 100 jog clockwise 2 X 500m and 4 X 250m with 150 jog recovery.
