For faster people it’s up to 3 sets of (1200m effort, jog 200m 600m effort, jog 100m 300m effort) with 400 easy jog between sets. For slower people either 3 sets of (1K effort, jog 100m clockwise, 500m effort jog 150m 250m effort) with 200m jog between sets, or 3 sets of (900m 50m jog clockwise 450m 150m jog 250m effort), or 3 sets of (800m, 200m jog up & down straight recovery, 400m effort cut across in field jog, 200m effort) jog 200m up & down straight between sets.
