A mixed grill of 3 sets of, for faster people, (1K with 100m jog clockwise, 500m 100m jog, 300) 200m jog between sets
for slightly slower people 3 sets of (900m jog up & down straight, 450m with 150 jog 250m) 100m jog clockwise between sets,
next 3 sets of (800m jog up & down straight 400m, cut across field 200m) jog 200m up & down straight between sets
and for improvers 3 sets of (700m, jog 100m, 300m jog across in field 200m) 150m jog between sets.
