Well done to Kate Goodhead, Claire Hallissey and Rebekah Randell on a Bristol & West one, two, three and clear team win at the Gloucester 5 km last Thursday. Respective times were 16:28, 16:42 and 17:23. As part of a hard week Claire followed up with first lady down in Torbay with a 10 km in 34:12.

Helen Fines, competed in a three-strong Great Britain team that won the Staffetta Tre Rifugi relay in the Italian Alps, close to the Austrian border last weekend. The relay race comprised three legs, with Charnwood's Claire McKitterick running the initial uphill leg, British international Angela Mudge on the up-and-downhill second leg with Helen bringing the Brits home on the steep, technical downhill third leg.
