South West 3000m championship

Congratulations to Jon Wills, Tom Merson and Nathan Young for completing a clean sweep of the major medals in the inaugural South West AA 3000m championship at Exeter on July 2nd, 2009.

Tom and Nathan took some 20 seconds off their previous bests, with Nathan taking the U20 gold and young Zak Tobias also slashing his previous best to finish the leading U15 runner in the race.
