Secondly, next Tuesday 30th June 2009 most of Mike's group will be going to Exeter for the BMC Regional races (800 metres or 3,000 metres). Other athletes will be racing the Bridge Inn 5k. I will be at Filton doing a session of 400 metres with Claire Hallissey in preparation for the UK trials (anyone whoisn't racing is welcome to come along but the session is targeted specifically at a session I do to bench mark Claire's fitness prior to a major championship race).

Thursday 2nd July, a session on the grass at Coombe Dingle - starting at 7 pm sharp - to allow legs to recover from Tuesday's race and because of Saturday's race.
Saturday 4th July, most Bristol & West members will be racing at Bath (Midlands league).
Tuesday 7th July, back to Filton - please arrive to warm up so we are ready to go as soon as Thornbury Road Runners finish at 7.30 pm.
Thursday 9th July, limited session at Filton (some athletes will be running the UK trials 10-12 July at Alexander Stadium).
Tuesday 14th July, session at Filton.
Thursday 16th July, some athletes racing 5km road at White Horse Gloucester.
Saturday 18 July, BMC Grand Prix at Solihull.
