Coaching update

Coaching Coordinator:
A new voluntary position of Coaching Coordinator has been created and Paul Filer has agreed to take on this role.  In his new role, Paul will work closely with the Youth Development Advisers to ensure a cohesive approach to developing all coaches and athletes at the club, supported by the committee.

Paul said:  “I am pleased to be taking up this important role and am particularly keen to improve communication across the board. I hope to create an environment of excellence that nurtures and encourages athletes of all ages to be the very best they can be. It will be a collaborative effort and your help both by way of advice, feedback and letting me know what help you would like will be extremely welcome and more importantly will be acted upon.

On behalf of the club I would like to welcome Paul to his new role and look forward to working with him to further improve the talent within our club.
