England Athletics are pleased to announce that following last year’s successful introduction of a 5k National Championship on the road, we will once again be working with the race organisers of the Mid-Cheshire 5k Series in staging the 2018 Championship.
The England 5k Championships will take place on 27th April 2018. The race takes place on a Friday evening around Kingsley, Cheshire in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, with a 7.15 pm start time.
The Championship race will be incorporated within the Mid-Cheshire 5k Series which has in the last couple of years proven popular – with elite runners and club runners having produced some quick times and many personal bests.
