Brian Hanley, a Senior Lecturer in Sport & Exercise Biomechanics at Carnegie Research Institute Room, Leeds Beckett University  is conducting research on marathon running with a colleague in America, specifically looking at how marathon runners pace themselves. They are collecting their results through an online survey and are looking for responses from runners of all backgrounds and finishing times.
