So far 16 club members have entered the Bristol Half-Marathon via the club entry scheme at the reduced club fee of £30:40 [instead of £38.00]. To prompt Keith Brackstone to send you the entry access token you now need to pay the club £30.40. The simplest way is to pay on-line by a transfer to Bristol & West Athletic Club, Lloyds Bank, Sort Code 30-16-11 and account number 01802071 and let Keith know or send a cheque made payable to Bristol & West Athletic Club to Keith Brackstone, Fernside, Fishpool Hill, Bristol BS10 6SW (or give him a cheque at training).
Please be aware that club entries will close on 15th August 2016 and all club entry tokens must be used by Monday 12th September 2016. Fifty-five members used the club entry scheme to enter the Bristol 10k but 82 of you ran in the race and paid full price. Don’t make the same mistake this time – use the club entry system.
Remember to be able to enter for the club you must have paid your club subscription for 2016 as that prompted us to renew your EA registration (cost £13) on 1st April 2016 as you need to be EA registered to take advantage of the club rate. If you have let your club membership lapse you need to talk to Alice Doggrell, Club Membership Secretary, to rejoin.
