The trial run for the new junior parkrun at Little Stoke Park will be held at 9 a.m. on Sunday 22nd June 2014, with the first official run taking place a week later at 9 a.m. on Sunday 29th June 2014 at the same venue. As well as runners in the 4 to 14 age group (plus parents or a support runner to accompany the younger runners) volunteers to act as marshals and recorders will also be very welcome. Parkrun is very grateful to South Gloucestershire Council and Stoke Gifford Parish Council (the latter as the landowners) for their support in getting this, the first junior parkrun in the Bristol and surrounding area off the ground.
