Young Athletes Strength and Conditioning Sessions

Antony Stanley-Clarke’s strength and conditioning session is held on Tuesdays at Whitehall until the end of August for approximately 1 hour starting at 6:15. The session will focus on core strength, stabilisation and flexibility. Sessions will include isometric bodyweight exercises. Dependent on age and development, plyometric work will be added as the weeks go on. If anyone is interested please contact Antony personally as soon as possible (e-mail – stanante@hotmail.com phone/text – 07951 689467), as he will only turn up if he knows there will be athletes attending the session.
