Club members are travelling further every week to get their fix and this weekend was no exception with Peter Woodward and James Rosenvinge travelling all the way to Blackpool for the Great North West Half-Marathon. Peter had a great run to finish fifth in a PB of 73.34 – he was obviously very happy as a strong North-Easterly wind meant there was a head-wind on the top of the cliffs. James was disappointed with his thirty-fifth place in 81.09 but as he has only recently returned from a spell overseas where his training was curtailed he shouldn’t be too unhappy.
