Channel 4’s prime time TV show Embarrassing Bodies is coming back to Bristol!

08 Aug

The Embarrassing Bodies team is back on the road to tackle even more of the nation’s embarrassing medical conditions in urgent need of attention. Dr Christian Jessen and Dr Pixie McKenna from the BAFTA award winning series will be visiting Bristol’s Centre Promenade (off Broad Quay) on Friday, 10th August 2012 and the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta on Saturday, 11th August 2012.

With their combined wealth of medical experience the doctors will be on hand to offer advice at limited appointments throughout both days at the special Embarrassing Bodies mobile clinic.

On Friday, 10th August 2012, alongside their mobile clinic, they are opening a free ‘weigh in station’ where the doctors will be at the ready to answer your questions on all things weight related.

Be part of Embarrassing Bodies first ever fitness flash mob! Dr Christian and Dr Pixie will be hosting a mass step-a-thon on Bristol’s Promenade. You don’t have to be super fit and it will only last two minutes. So if you want to be part of something big and exciting, go and join them at 1 pm SHARP on Friday 10th August 2012. So, if you are either too embarrassed to visit your GP or have failed to find success through prior consultations and procedures, then get in touch with the team for the chance of an on-screen consultation with one of their doctors.

Previous episodes of the show have identified serious conditions, as well as putting people’s minds at rest over niggling health concerns.
