Coach Keith Brackstone will be hosting an endurance session in Ashton Court commencing at 10.00 a.m. on Saturday 17th March 2012. Meet in the car park by Ashton Court Mansion. The full session is 3 sets of one 5 minute effort, one 3 minute effort and five 20 second hill strides with jog back recovery in 40 seconds per set. The content of the set can be varied to sort all abilities so all will be welcome. The session will be particularly valuable for those athletes of mature years planning to race the UK Masters cross-country on Sunday 25th March 2012.
