The Wiltshire 10-mile road race is being held in Melksham on Sunday 13th February at 10:00. The course is gently undulating and could lend itself to some fast times as it heads along quiet country roads through the heart of rural Wiltshire and around the beautiful village of Lacock before finishing alongside the river Avon back in Melksham town park. It is also ideally timed to incorporate into race plans of runners focussing on the Bath Half or London Marathon.
The event is also playing host to the Wiltshire county road race championships, so in addition to the usual spread of winners awards there will be county medals on offer to runners living in the county or representing a Wiltshire Athletic Association affiliated club.
