Meet at the South end of the cricket pavilion near the big tree (Coombe Dingle Sports complex, off Coombe Lane, Stoke Bishop).
With the light fading, this will likely be the last chance to train on Stoke Lodge this Summer, so it seems a good idea to use it again. Please be ready promptly to jog the 400m or so to Stoke Lodge at 7.00 p.m. (6.55) on the pavilion clock. Please note the earlier time!
4 X 1 mile recovery approximately 400m jog round the cricket pitch.

Be ready to start this session having done a warm up with a few sprints/strides by 7.05 p.m., (7.00 on the pavilion clock).
Session on the meadow (on the right as you come in). A 3 speed session of 4 laps (1440 metres), 2 laps (930 metres), one lap flat out (465 metres) and 4 laps (slower).

A hill session with the hill in Sutton Park on Saturday in mind. Meet at the pavilion as usual and jog the mile or so along Coombe Lane and Bell Barn road to the shop on Shirehampton Road 7 X 600 metres using the Lyndale Road circuit. Start on Sea Mills Lane, 2nd left up Lyndale road, turn left along Cedar Park. Jog 200m down Shirehampton Road to start.
Please remember to wear, white or fluorescent tops with the advent of sessions in the dark.

Most people will be resting up for the relays on Saturday.
For those who aren’t a session of 480 metres and 340 metres on the main field starting between the hockey and rugby pitch at 7.15 p.m. assuming the floodlights are on.

Chris will be organising the Bridge Inn but athletes can join in with Mike Down and Keith Brackstone’s session at Coombe Dingle instead.
