There will be an inspiring training day for runners of all levels at Coombe Dingle on Sunday 15th August. It is particularly for those doing half marathon distances, but is great for those doing regular running and triathlons too, and will help you get the most out of your training and improve performance.
There will be:
– training tips, race tips and a coached running session
– Q and A session with Steve Cram, Olympic medalist and former world record holder
– Free 5-10 minute consultation with sports physios, sports osteopath and sports massage therapists. Treatment for a set fee available on request.

The event is held by RunBristol from Bristol City Council, in partnership with the Sports Medicine Clinic at the University of Bristol.
