Tom Kingsnorth in Centurion Record Attempt

On Friday 25th June at 6pm, I will be starting the Cotswold Ultra 100 mile race, running through the night and most of the next day – Saturday 26th June – as well.  It’s been the focus of my training since the Bath Half back in March and I am hoping to finish in under 24 hours.  Training has consisted of long, long runs of up to 36 miles and up to 5 hours, albeit at a much slower pace than usual.  This is a chance for me to see how far my body will go in the name of running!  As this is very much a one off, I am also taking the chance to raise money for charity, namely two Hospices here where I live in Suffolk.  Any support is greatly appreciated and further details are on the attached flyer and on my two Just Giving pages:  http://www.justgiving.com/TK-100miles andhttp://www.justgiving.com/Tom-100miles.  (Who knows, it is also possibly a chance for me to set a club record?!)

Best wishes,

Tom K
