Tuesday 8th June. Meet at the pavilion at the University playing fields
(Coombe Lane) as usual. Jog over the 400m Stoke Lodge playing fields at
7.05 for a session of 1.5 miles, 1 mile and 2 X 1/2mile
Thursday 10th June. Again meet at the pavilion at the University playing
fields and jog the 400m to Stoke Lodge playing fields at
7.05 for a session of 2 X(3 X 700m recovery 150m slow jog) with 5 mins jog
Tuesday 15th June. 5 X 1 km. Be warmed up ready to start the session at 7.15
(7.10 on the pavilion clock). Depending on the whereabouts of the
cricketers we’ll use the main field or the adjacent annexe.
Thursday 17th June. A mixed grill of 4 (600, [520 for slower group], 420, 2
X 340). On the main field. You should do some fast strides to warm up for
the main dish.
