With various competitions training over the last couple of weeks has been a little disjointed and this will continue to be the case. As a lot of people will be racing this weekend Mike and I have decided that we will train on the grass at Coombe Dingle this coming Tuesday (12 May 2009) commencing at 7.00 pm (to allow legs to recover from the Bristol 10 km). Thursday’s session will be back on the track at Filton (again commencing at 7.00 pm). I will be taking a day off coaching (or attending races) on Saturday 16 May 2009 but I may well send details of a session on the Downs in my absence. The week after training will be at Filton on Tuesday 19th (7.30 pm) and Thursday 21st (7.00 pm).
